Firm Philosophy
Outstanding Customer Service.
Providing outstanding customer service, with an emphasis on client participation
is of utmost importance to Veatch Carlson.
The firm prepares a plan of action.
The plan of action outlines the expected costs of litigation, including
investigation, discovery motions, retention of experts, trial preparation, and
trial. The budget generally addresses anticipated expenses of the discovery and
investigation phase, mediation, trial preparation, and trial. The plan of action
is revised and updated as the case progresses. This allows the client to make
informed decisions at each important stage of the litigation process.
