FRANCOIS B. AUROUX has represented corporate and individual clients both as defendants and plaintiffs.  He has experience in complex corporate and personal injury litigation including toxic tort, wrongful death, trip and fall, negligent security, automobile, motorcycle, and trucking.  He also has experience in contract litigation and drafting and has represented numerous individuals in the modeling, art and film industries.  Mr. Auroux has tried cases to verdict at the Superior Court and Appellate Court levels.

Mr. Auroux grew up in Los Angeles and graduated with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara with double majors in Communication and Law & Society.  He also studied at L’Université Americain à Paris, focusing on International Communication.  Mr. Auroux obtained his JD from Whittier Law School with a certificate in Intellectual Property and studied law in Toulouse, France at Univerisité Toulouse Premier Capitole.  While in Law School, he interned at Volcom Inc. in the Legal Department and was the senior law clerk at Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs.

Before joining Veatch Carlson, Mr. Auroux was a trial attorney at Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs and Pyka Lenhardt Schnaider Zell.  He is admitted to practice in all California courts.
