ADAM A. WRIGHT is a 1985 graduate of UCLA, with a 1989 J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Central and Northern Districts of the U.S. District Court of California. Mr. Wright has also served as a volunteer settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mr. Wright has extensive litigation experience throughout the State of California, including serving as lead counsel in twenty-five jury trials in Los Angeles, Orange and Kern Counties. He has litigated a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability claims, and construction site accidents.

Mr. Wright is also experienced in products liability matters, including toxic exposure claims. He has also litigated professional liability claims involving numerous fields, including insurance brokers and agents, real estate professionals, accountants and attorneys.

Adam also has an extended background in insurance coverage and bad faith, including preparation of insurance coverage opinions, prosecuting and defending declaratory relief actions, and defending insurers in bad faith litigation. He also has handled numerous writs and appeals and has argued on multiple occasions before the California Court of Appeal for both the Second and Fourth Districts. He also secured an affirmance in the published opinion in Clark v. California Insurance Guarantee Association (2011) 200 Cal.App.4th 391.
