This facet of our practice includes products liability litigation based on design and/or manufacturing defect and failure to warn.  We have significant experience in cases involving negligent design, manufacturing, or repair, in both minor and major product liability cases. The philosophy of the practice group is that prompt investigation, judgment, decisiveness, relevant expert consultation, and an elevated understanding of the relevant law go hand in hand with decisions as to whether a particular case should go to trial or be resolved early.
