TIMOTHY G. SARMIENTO graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Business Administration and obtained his JD from University of West Los Angeles School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of California.

Before joining Veatch Carlson, Timothy began his career as an attorney at a non-profit organization that primarily focused on landlord-tenant, immigration, and personal injury matters. During law school, he participated in the Los Angeles Superior Court judicial externship program where he had the opportunity to spend a summer alongside an independent calendar judge. Prior to law school, Timothy was a legal clerk in the criminal branch at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office.

Timothy was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, golf, and playing guitar.
